   • Built the SuperFam Flutter app from scratch: 120K downloads, 100K users, 20K MAU, 2K DAU.
   • Hired and grew a 3-person team through code reviews, architecture guidance and day-to-day mentoring.
   • Designed statemachine, a Flutter state management library used as the app's core architectural pattern.
   • Offline-first architecture with CRDT-based sync and end-to-end encryption.
   • Local and cloud backup (Google Drive, iCloud) for user data portability.
   • Owned App Store and Play Store releases end-to-end at 99.8% crash-free sessions.

   SDE 3 @ Khatabook

   • Developed the Khatabook Android app (Kotlin, Clean Architecture, MVVM), 50M+ Play Store downloads.
   • Built the Bills module end-to-end: offline-first, with background server sync.
   • Built BizAnalyst, a Flutter desktop app for Windows that talks to Tally accounting software over the local network.
   • Engineered its Connector module: company discovery, sync scheduling and automated imports.
   • Designed a preprocessing pipeline that turns years of raw Tally records into a compact Isar DB format, keeping the charts dashboard fast on large datasets.

   Senior Software Engineer @ BigBasket

   • Worked on the BigBasket Android app (Java, Kotlin), serving millions of customers.
   • Led the optimisation project that cut app launch time by 20%.
   • Introduced Dagger for DI and led modularisation: faster builds, better testability, room for the team to scale.
   • Managed the migration of DailyNinja users onto BigBasket after the acquisition.
